We have been doing business with this vapor world since the store opened. Today I went in to purchase 2 Brand New Mods and the complete purchase would have totalled over $150.00. The Sales Man whose name was,Juan, or something close to that explained at the beginning of the sale that I would receive 2 full bottles of Juice for free, 1 bottle for each mod I purchased. So I thought great.(that is the norm when purchasing new mod's there) Then at the close of the sale I explained to the salesman,which you can see in my file (yes my file) due to the length of time I've been purchasing from them is quite large, I asked him if he could give me a discount. His reply...."you get a bottle of juice free for each mod you are purchasing." I responded with you told me that comes with the purchase of each mod. I have been doing business with NO OTHER VAPOR STORES EVER ANYWHERE FOR ALL THESE YEARS SURELY YOU CAN DO A LITTLE MORE THAN JUST 2 FREE BOTTLES OF JUICE.... HIS REPLY.....THAT IS YOUR DISCOUNT WE JUST WENT CORPORATE SO WE CAN'T GIVE DISCOUNTS!!!!! SO GUESS WHAT VAPOR WORLD HOW DO YA THINK YA WENT COOPERATE??????    Read moreI went into the shop and purchased a kanger iken kit , worked great until i went to take off tank. My buying experience was good and quick and they were very helpful even discounted it so it would fit my budget to help me on my way to quit smoking. 10 days in to using this thing the top plate moved a little. Then I went to remove the tank and what do you know it won't come off, then says atomizer short so I take it up their after calling first to see what can be done they said after 2 weeks the manufacturing warranty is gone but bring it up since I just bought it and if they can't fix it they will replace it, so I just left and felt with a guy who doesn't even really look at it, tries to put his tank on it after I just said that you can't get the tank off then says I'm a Mont out of warranty when I'm 3 days out of warranty after I told the girl I was a day or two and she said they would replace it so here I am 80 bucks down the drain for 2 weeks of trying to quit that's more than I spend on a carton of smokes a pay period, then tries to sell me another one, why just so it will break too and be out another 80+ just to do it all over again I went their because I was guaranteed quality products and service and...
   Read moreVapor World continues to provide the best prices I've seen for a B&M, however no longer seems to be interested in keeping up with the latest hardware. Their RTA selection is stuck in 2016, and they literally had one 250+W mod available, if you don't count the "kits" that come with garbage tanks, and a higher price tag.
Additionally, their service has taken a few steps back. When I was in there on 5/25/2017, there was a female employee eating lunch right on the help counter in the center of the store. This wasn't a problem in and of itself, however despite sitting at the "help" counter, she would rudely remind anybody asking her a question that she's on break, and to leave her alone.
Finally, I wish they would stop telling their employees to shill the Ohmega line of products. I've bought three Ohmega products, and all three were garbage. I understand that Vapor World stands to gain a lot off of Ohmega sales, but should do so by engineering a superior product, not sales hype. Despite being told constantly that the BFT is a "favorite" among all employees, I've yet to see a single one actually use it.
