Terrible customer service and management. They gave me someone else's order which is crazy because I was the only one even in line at the drive thru when I ordered. The bag was sealed and I was heading home (which is in shawnee) so I didn't even notice until I was halfway home. I'm pregnant and have severe morning sickness so the smell was just too much. I checked the bag to see what I ordered that smelled bad only to find that nothing I ordered was even in the bag. I had to drive all the way back and the manager TRIED to refuse my refund and making my order. So I sat in the drive thru and called corporate to see if this was there policy and it wasn't. While I was sitting in the drive thru calling corporate the manager called the police on me. I explained to the police that I was glad they were here because they are trying to steal from me per their corporate office this is not the company's policy. They are refusing to give me my correct order or to refund me my money. The police did not chastised me, give me a ticket or warning they only told taco bell to give me my refund. Chezeree N. took my order and gave me the wrong food. Her manager (a black heavy set male) refused to give me a refund or replace my food and called the police on me. I didn't get the manager's name. Early this year they started making people pull forward in the drive-through immediately after paying for your meal at the window and then they walk your order out to you when it’s ready. I was told that they started this because they now have strict guidelines on how long someone sits at the drive through window. And apparently they get bonuses or something if they get people in and out of the drive-through window quicker. So instead of actually serving people quicker (which I thought they were doing just fine prior to this) they are just making you pull forward so that it looks like they are serving people quicker. When it gets real busy in the drive-through they will have 4 to 5 cars lined up all the way to the street just sitting there waiting for them to walk your order out to you. It has got to be the most dumbest thing I have ever seen. On multiple occasions I have sat in the drive-through for 45 min because they continued to bring out the wrong orders to everybody. They come flying out the door with 5 orders in their hands trying to figure out which car it goes to. Why complicate a system that was designed to be simple? What I got was 2 tortillas with a spoonful of each ingredient, smeared all over the tortilla. 4 of the soggiest tacos with no cheese and wilted lettuce and a crew member that clearly doesn't like his job. I called in to talk to the manager and was told that 1. There was a new person on the line 2. It happens that way sometimes when they don't have enough people on crew 3. They have been very busy. I told him that it does happen sometimes but that I should not have to pay the price of not eating dinner I paid for because of any of those issues. He should go to upper management and say he nor the crew can handle it. Ur crew is only as strong as their leader. So which leader failed their crew at that location.
