A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Midwest City

First when I requested baked cod I was told it would be a 5 minute wait. I was in the drive thru... I didn't want to wait so I ordered L10 combo ( 2 piece fish with slaw). After waiting ing line (1 car ahead of me) for about 6 minutes I received my order. Much to my surprise when I got home. I had French fries not slaw. The dog would.not even eat the cold fries and she's not picky. Oh I called LOS after 4 minutes of the phone ringing it was simply taken off the hook not answered. After calling several times and getting a busy signal. I waited about 10 minutes called again......I thanked them for answering the phone and mentioned that the phone was answered before and hung up. He kinda laughed and said they were busy. Told me to bring my receipt for replacement tomorrow.....it will be awhile before go back.. this is not the first time that I have received...

They were out of pretty much everything we tried to order and I sat in the drive through for fifteen minutes without moving forward an inch. Never eaten here before, but decided it wasn't worth it and went to the Whataburger next door. My apologies to the staff for making an order that won't be picked up or paid for, but there is something seriously wrong with your management if I have time to read and agree with bad reviews while waiting for the limited options I settled for. At the very least please consider upping your pars on ordering. You are obviously a high volume store and as familiar as I am with the meddling of owners and/or corporate, I sympathize. This is a combination A&W / Long John Silver's. There's a few of these in the OKC metro, and this one is the nicest, the cleanest, and has the best service. While Long John's made their reputation on hot kinda greasy fried fish, they've got a lot more than just that nowadays. But sometimes you just gotta have that good ol' fried fish, and it's as good as it ever was. And the world's best chicken tenders ARE at a fish place . . . And those wonderful little "crunchiest", the fried tempura batter drips!! And the hush puppies, and the cole slaw, and some really good fries to boot. Maybe someday I'll try the A&W menu...
