Jan. 25 2024. Had a need to hard wire my front camera and install an APP Control to my Garage Door. TJ gave me a quote and on the appointed day, call to let me know he was on his way. Arrived and checked the scope of the job and immediately went to work. Completed the job and we verified that both the Camera and Garage Door was working. I plan on using him again if I decide to automate my inside lighting.

I contacted Connect You and they responded quickly. I needed to move my services from the Basement to the First Floor. I was given a price range between $200 and $500. I was not committed to a price until they came out and viewed what needed to be done. TJ determined it would be about $300. After completing the work, TJ insisted that I try everything to make sure I was satisfied. We did find 2 items that needed updating. After verifying every device I had, we completed the service. Just had them come out for a front door camera not working. I had received a Bew Solar panel and cable from Simplisafe. He replace the panel and cable. Unfortunately, the battery in the camera was dead and needed to be charged. I did not have the proper adapter to quickly charge the battery. He took it home and charged it. Now working properly. One of the most important things is how prompt a service is. TJ sets an agreeable date and time. He then confirms when he is on his way. No waiting for a 2 or 4 hour window. I will be using his company again.

We got a beautiful Samsung Frame TV and were scammed into buying the Total Tech package from Best Buy. When their techs came to install our TV, there were wires everywhere. The point of buying a Samsung Frame was to have the TV look like a large painting. The Sonos sound bar wasn’t even hung up correctly. We were so annoyed but now desperate to find professionals that would care about the aesthetics of our home theater space. Then we found TJ from Connect You. We were having issues with our computer, and TJ had positive reviews so we reached out to him. TJ responded quickly and came to the house to see what was going on with our computer. After making his recommendations, we agreed to a plan of action. He took the computer and did the work as agreed for the price quoted. We thought it would take a couple days, but he had it back to us the next afternoon! It has been a couple months and all is still good.
