The staff at The Waterworks was treated to a special lunch with the Pitabilities Food truck on Tuesday. Many of us had never experienced their cuisine. They rocked it. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. The team was super nice, engaging and fast with the orders! If anyone is looking for a great food truck for a personal or company event, highly recommend.

Pitabilities came to our Worthington kilbourne high school for PTC night. Apart from the convenience.....the food was so good. I ordered the salad bowl with shawarma chicken and had it the.pita way. The chicken was perfectly cooked...well seasoned and soft. The toppings and above all the sauce...was the perfect combination. The sauce is so good.

Pitabilities helped us out during Associate Appreciation Week and everyone LOVED the food. It was delicious! The two attendants were friendly and really hooked us up with great portion sizes! We will definitely have you back!

We schedule this for our neighborhood as we have with other food trucks in the past. My household personally ordered ours ahead for a pickup. We recieved a text that our order was set to be on time so we headed on down to where they were located. We stood in line and when we made it up to the window we were met with an awkward amount of time before we were greeted and helped. I advised the woman that we had a pick up order and she advised us that they were running a few minutes behind so we stood off to the side. About 20 minutes later they called our name. We took our order and walked home and unpacked the bag only to discover that it had some discrepancies. A part of the order was wrong and they had forgotten the sauce so I walked back down to the truck. The woman apologized and gave me the sauce and my replacement item. When walking home I checked the replacemnet item and it was still missing the whipped cream but decided to call it a loss since it was cold and snowing and kept on home. While setting up to eat again I realized another missed item which was the specialty cold brew coffee. I went on back down to the truck for the 3rd time. I advised the woman of my missing item and she simply replied that they did not have the coffees. I told her it was charged to me and she just offered me a soda. I told her I didn't drink soda and then the man intercepted saying that he would just give me my money back. Apparently me walking back and forth through the slush and snow to just simply get my order corrected had become bothersome to them. There was no apology and he gave me $2.50, I had to show him the receipt showing that I paid $3.50. Again no apology he just handed me a dollar. It was a awkward, unprofessional, and overall horrible experience. I pre-ordered and pre tipped expecting at the very least friendly and accurate service. The fries were hard and cold and there were sanitary concerns. The woman did wear gloves but used these same gloves to serve prepared food after repeatedly touching her mask and her own clothes and various counter services. She never changed out these gloves and did not use any serving utensils for the fries, lettuce, or pitas. I understand that this is a franchise and only one truck of many but every truck should be heald accountable and uphold the same code of conduct ecspecially as it pertains to the health of the service and customer service. I placed an order for pickup tonight in my neighborhood. I arrived shortly after my food was supposed to be done and it was made, which was fantastic. As well as the guy who handed me my food. Then, I get home, and didn’t have my side salad, extra meat and mozzarella that was supposed to be on my bowl. I drove back so I could get the food I paid for. I explained to the nice younger men what had happened. Then, the guy from the grill stepped in. He asked me for my ticket, then when I handed it to him snatched it from me, saying “I’ll just remake the whole order”. After getting over the extreme rudeness, I explained again, ( out of quite a large order) that all I needed was the salad, and the ex. meat, and mozzarella that was missing from the bowl. He looked at the ticket and back at me and said “Extra meat and mozzarella, you sure about that?” As in insinuating that I was lying. After I told him yes, he kept telling the other guys to get me out of there ASAP, as if I couldn’t hear him. I am appalled and shocked. This is not the kind of behavior that was warranted when I was nothing but nice. Lastly, when I got back to my car, he had remade a different portion of my order that I had no complaints about. So it was still wrong. All I wanted was the extra meat ($2 extra dollars) and mozzarella for my bowl. I decided his rudeness was not worth it and did not go back, and will not be going back to this food truck...

Been a fan of Pitabilities for some time, however, after tonight's experience I do not intend to return or recommend the food trucks to anyone, for any event. The young lady taking orders was very rude, inflexible, and seemed completely disinterested in customer service. The truck was included among others as part of a school event. With more than 30 min left to the event, she announced that "I'm done taking orders in 5 minutes. I don't care who's in line. I'm done in 5 min." Five minutes came and left. When she finally remembered, she then announced "This is the last order. I told y'all I'm done. I close at 7, I need time to clean up and roll out." Mind you, we prepaid for tickets to "reserve" a meal from their truck. Didn't matter. Neither did it matter that there were still 30 min left to the event. When friends nearby (who had placed their order within the arbitrary 5 min) realized they still had not received their food, they asked about it. She begrudgingly said "I guess I'll take your order" instead of acknowledging the missed order. Sweetened her tone once she realized the truck had a lot of leftover food. I wonder why. Maybe because they didn't serve all the people who bought a ticket to eat...
