You have stole all my hopes and dreams for a moment !!! You gaslit me to believe that you can produce a product that you were capable of doing. It would’ve been more honorable for you to say you couldn’t do it than to produce a results that you did. I had faith in you in the beginning that you would Produce a product that I would be happy with because you were very ecstatic to be able to create such a Project. And assured me that you could get the job done. This journey started out in May 2024 and didn’t receive my final product until late August. After weeks and months of running me around, blaming me for my emotions and not taking ownership of you not being able to handle the job you made me feel like it was all my fault. When in reality it was yours. And not being woman enough to say you know what I took on more than I can chew here’s your money back and I wish you the best . But instead, you continue to gaslight me and telling me that well you can’t give me back my deposit, but you can sell the product that you made and if you recoup the money, then you can refund me my deposit unbelievable. you have taking away my Drive and these last months. I had many things lined up and this is not my first rodeo with entrepreneurship, but this is my passion. This is my dream and this is my baby and you ripped that for me. What makes me so upset is that you don’t even think that you’re wrong and you’re truly wrong in this matter the way you spoke to me even up to the point where you drop the cart off you got in your car and didn’t say I apologize for the inconvenience. I wish you all the best that would’ve meant more to me than anything else. The product that you deliver to me was unfinished unworthy and undeserving of the money that I gave you ,you should’ve scrapped it gave me back my money and just took it as a loss.. it’s very unprofessional to bring your family into the mix. which I thought was very unprofessional that has nothing to do with me and how you run a business, you should rethink your ventures moving forward I struggle with writing this because you are small business owner, however you have to understand that you took money away from me. I had many vendor events lined up websites, Vendor event parties all lined up ,but I didn’t have a product to do or run my business. I’m just appalled and disgusted by the way...

I met Jenn at a market and her work is totally eye-catching! Beautiful and so unique! I ended up getting two lazy susans - one with flowers in the resin and one with some crystal-type material in the resin. I also got some coasters with hilarious sayings on them.
