Buyer beware - my fiancé and I stopped in here after a yoga class attracted by the Memorial Day sale signs.
Staff was really nice and helpful…we were shopping for a bar cart. Long story short, one of them, a gentleman, recommended a “vintage piece” his “favorite”. He said it retails for $1,300 and was already half off but he could do an additional discount for Memorial Day. He walked away then came back said he wasn’t “supposed” to give that extra discount but would honor it since he already offered. We ended up paying $400 (Venmo) and walked out delighted.
We got home, cleaned it and found it’s actually cb2, looked it up online and turns out it retails for $500 and is sold for half as much. We still like it but we got totally hosed. We should’ve done our research in the store but feeling kind of embarrassed for being...
