I recently visited K.D.Kollections in Upper Darby and I have to say, it was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. This store truly deserves a five-star review!

The first thing to mention is the amazing selection of clothing and accessories. They have an impressive variety of trendy and stylish pieces that suit any taste. The quality of the clothing was exceptional, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the accessories. I also love that they have a variety of sizes for all body types.

Secondly, the service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. They were knowledgeable about the products and gave great suggestions on how to style items.

Lastly, the overall atmosphere of the store was welcoming and comfortable. The layout of the space was well organized and easy to navigate, and the decor created a pleasant shopping experience.

Truly disappointed in the service I received from Khadijah! At first she was very professional and her customer service was excellent, especially during the indecisiveness of the fabric. My friend and I went together. When I scheduled the fitting, KHadijah called me last minute stating to come now. Meanwhile, we were scheduled later that day. I paid good money for a dress I couldn’t enjoy for a friends wedding. After the fitting I found she left the tags on the dress and sewed the tags into the dress. There was a tear in part of the dress. I drove from the wedding venue to meet her at 10:30, which she stated she’d be at the shop for her to arrive at 11:30a. The dress was too long and a little too big in the waist. I’m furious about the entire process. I’ve had items created elsewhere and there was multiple fittings to ensure the fit was correct. Beautiful clothes on the website but the customer service is not the best. I reached out via their website and received no response, so I called concerning conflicting information on their website. I was asked to send the proof of what I was seeing (which I did) and never heard back. Customer service is key to me, so dropping the ball on that makes me nervous to conduct business with you.

As my review states, I reached out twice and even sent a text message. That was more than enough, especially when I was a potential paying customer. Nothing was being given to me for free. So, to say I could have reached out again is wild. My time is valuable, and I will not chase a business to support them.
