Perzan Auto Radio — Local services in Millbourne

Came in to get my dash cam hooked up to my cars fuse box after a failed attempt on my part. The dash cam now works perfectly and they were able to squeeze me in last minute.

But there were a few things that I didn't like. The first issue I had was not being told about the price of the job until it was finished and I was already at the counter. At no point in the two hours that I was there had anyone mentioned what the problem was, how they were going to fix it, what fuses they're tapping into or the amount that it would be to fix it. That was a bit annoying, but I can understand that they are busy/stressed and fit me in at the last minute so the communication dropped.

Secondly, after everything was finished I go to my car and the passenger side window was down and the hood had been popped. That was frustrating because I got the dashcam after someone ransacked my car and stole stuff out of it. This isn't exactly the state I want my car to be left in after going through something like that.

An edit to this review: After getting my dash cam installed I had a problem with my window (the dashcam was attached to the fuse for my driver side window, which they denied). I arrived to the shop and they believed the window had broken on its own, but after an inspection it was because the fuse used wasn't meant to operate the camera and window at the same time. They replaced the fuse, but while they were working on my car the bottom panel of my driver side foot well snapped off, which they taped back into place (it came off in the summer while I was driving). Perzan Auto Radio provides excellent service and parts, and I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking to improve his or her vehicle's audio system. The employees and owners are supremely knowledgable, honest, and very flexible in helping to formulate a project that fits your objectives, also while accommodating budgetary constraints.

It's easy to look at a raving review like this and question its credibility, but I want to back up my positive words with why I like these guys so much. Beyond what I've already mentioned, I love doing work on my cars myself, and take great pride in the projects that I have done. For any car audio products I need, Perzan is the first place I go, because they not only respect my passion to do this stuff myself, but encourage my efforts, help me out if I have issues, and pass on valuable advice - never once have I felt pressured into patronizing their installation services.

On the other end of the spectrum, my Dad does not have nearly the time or interest in DIY that I do, but wanted to improve his system and I suggested he head to Perzan. He was immensely satisfied with their recommendations, the price point, and the final products.

These guys are passionate about high quality sound and excellent customer service, and that shines through in every interaction I've had with them. Five stars, no...

I met Erik about five years ago when he repaired an audio issue I was having in my 911. They were able to resolve the problem easily. Fast forward to today. I just got my 2021 911 Turbo S returned to me after Erik, David, Leo and the installers worked their magic. I had Xpel Paint Protection Film applied to my entire car. A BlackVue dashcam positioned on the windshield. Additionally, complete radar and laser counter measures were installed. Installation is seamless. The antenna for the radar detector are completely invisible as they are installed behind the front and rear bumpers. Even the display for the radar/laser detector is embedded in the rearview mirror. Extremely impressive. I don’t know how anybody could’ve done a better job. I don’t usually like to use the word “perfect” but in this case, I can think of no other word to describe the installation and service Perzan Auto Radio provided. As before I highly recommend them. They went above and beyond expectations. Highly professional and skilled.
