Just based on the customer service: It was a horrible experience waiting for a Grubhub to go order. The customer ordered the food at 11:04am and the restaurant gave me a 11:32am pick up time. I arrived at 11:35am and I was waiting in line for the Grubhub order. Non of the staff says anything to me because they were so busy with Uber Eats,DoorDash, & Grubhub orders coming in. Plus they have the phone ringing so much and customer walking in to sit down at booths. Clearly the manager isn't around I guess. The front staff would tell everyone it is almost ready when its definitely wasn't going to be ready for another 10-15 minutes. I was told like 5 times my order was almost ready. By 12pm I have to leave. If it takes 50 minutes to make 3 breakfast meals while being busy then the restaurant needs help in the kitchen. *When I first told a staff member "I am here to pick up a Grubhub order for Mikitia." Some people do certain jobs to have something to do not because they need the money. I know Mrs. Gerry and taking someone's change is not what she is into nor does she need to take anyone's change. Please don't make assumptions about people who you know nothing about. Maybe if you took the time to get to know her instead of putting her out there like that you would feel differently. Read moreI've been going there for years, the service while you're there is okay, and the food is as expected (I usually get breakfast food which isn't really challenging to prepare) and the people are polite. Calling in to order is another whole experience, the woman (well, it sounds like a "girl") that answers the phone is rude and blah. I used to order from there during the weekends at least twice a month over the course of 20 years, but I will not anymore. She gets frustrated when you ask her the prices for things and has even told me at one point "I don't know but I gotta go". Perhaps they should hire someone specifically to take phone orders or someone that's able to complete the task...
