We hired Bird’s Nest Italian Street Food truck for our daughter’s college graduation party this weekend. It couldn’t have been any better! We had food for 63 people served right in our driveway. Working with Michael was a cinch. We exchanged some emails and booked a deposit easily online. He promptly answered any questions I had. Everyone loved the selection and commented how fun it was to have a food truck at the party. It also gave my husband and me the opportunity to enjoy time with all of our guests. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jaime. I didn’t catch the chefs name but as a first time food truck patron I felt welcomed. She took her time to answer all of my questions and was sooo sweet. Her energy stood out there was even another Italian truck but I chose Birds nest for the customer service. I promised to come back and I did. Let’s just say money well spent. I grabbed the meatball sliders, chicken parm sliders and the pepperoni pizza egg rolls. With a wait time of under 10 minutes and the food was fresh. Great food, better service. Our company held a large event last May and we are so grateful to Michael and the Birds Nest crew for making it a success. From the start the owner was very responsive, very accommodating to our requests/needs and communicative with some changes we had through the planning process. We hired two of their food trucks and they were on time, exceptionally clean, friendly and the food was amazing.
