GameStop — Local services in Milledgeville

What was initially a bad experience with a product turned out to be an awesome experience in customer service. I recently bought a limited edition PlayStation 4 from this GameStop in Milledgeville. I brought it home and eagerly hooked it up. After 4 hours of actually playing the system, it took a dump. I was beyond frustrated and couldn't believe I spent so much money on a turd. The very next day I brought it back to the store only to find out they didn't have anymore of the Uncharted 4 edition PlayStations. The employee explained they would have to go get it from a different store the following week. I understood how things worked, but it didn't make it any better. Defeated and frustrated I headed to Wal-Mart to complete some errands. On the way back I convinced myself that I should just get my money back. I stopped back in and explained what I had reasoned with myself. That's the the manager offered to go to the neighboring city to pick one up. My expectations were set for a next day delivery, but a short while later he called to deliver the good news. This was no fault of their own; Sony dropped the ball in delivering a giant turd to one of their customers. BUT, the employees at this GameStop did a phenomenal job at picking that ball up and making sure I had the best experience with the product. Thanks guys I appreciate the effort you...

My 11 year old Grandson took about 10 Brand New games still in the packaging in. They totaled close to $600.00. They gave him $75. They absolutely ripped off a 11 year old kid!!!!!! My SIL went to talk to them and asked if je could return the $75 and get the games back, because hos son had no idea what the games were worth. They would not return them. How low of a business are you that your are willing to screw over a naive kid....don't know how many social.sites I can post on and how much I can spread this, but I am absolutley going to do everything I can together this put in the public. Will definatley be contacting the BBB. I know they can't do anything, but this will go put as a official complaint...

Third time I've been there during store hours and it was closed. No one ever seems to actually be here, and when it is opened the stock is terrible. It has become frustrating trying to go here for anything. The stock issues are a problem, but the biggest issue really is that there's literally no reason to always be closed during operating hours.

Best to avoid this store entirely, just...
