Subway — Restaurant in Milledgeville

First and last time at this location. The store itself was fairly clean, but the staff was not up to par. The food, was not up to par. The staff were not friendly, nor did they listen. I had to repeat myself multiple times when asked bread choice. They acted like they could care less about being there or making food properly. As for the food, the containers looked like they hadn't been changed in a couple days. The vegetables were browning and soggy looking, so I didn't dare get any on my sub. My husband and I both wanted avocado, but the girl picked up a green blob wrapped in saran wrap and said "This ain't good, it look nasty".....ok, is part of your job not to CHECK these things when you get on your shift? It absolutely is, I have worked for Subway. My sandwich was not built right, and she didn't even cook my bacon. I will be taking it off my sandwich and giving it to my dog. Hire a babysitter for the children if you're going to have them attempting to run a store. Unacceptable experience all...

Second visit in less than 2 weeks. Both times they have been out of several items and dont seem to be able to fix it. The young man making sandwiches is slow, that is until his friend walks in the door while hes making your sandwich and then he perks right up. He can speak loud enough to be heard and carry on a conversation. Shame he wont speak to customers because he seems nice. 😕 I would guess its because he works in a place that doesnt give him what he needs..... like tomatoes.....meetballs.... chicken..... spinach....pickles. Can you imagine how many times people get mad at him over things he cant control. I'd be scared to talk too. Management should step up, way up and support there employees better. No sense in a restaurant operating that way...

i understand that there is some negative reviews on the reviews and stuff, but i wanted to give a review for myself. The only time i will get food there is two of the sweetest African American ladies are there working cause they are sweet as can be and always know how to get the order right unless it is a super busy day to which you cant blame anyone cause a busy day can be very stressful on a person, but i know when they are working they always give off a home type tone that just makes you want to come back to the place and the food is super...
