Sent out a questionnaire by email asking for customer review thatI didn’t see until months later b/c I’d been ill for months about customer satisfaction. They got so mad an honest review was given , they fired me as a customer. I sincerely believed that instead of upsizing a large number of rings, that they were paid over $500 to have gold & silver added to them, that they were instead hammered down in order to stretch out the size of the ring. I have severe arthritis of my hands & suffer with three autoimmune diseases, which they were quite aware of because that’s why I was having the rings resized. They would no longer fit over my deformed knuckles. Then they blessed me out for not responding sooner, despite the fact they know that I told them I don’t check email because of my hands being too painful and had I not been forced to go online for something else I’d never have seen it. Then they had the audacity to bless me out for giving an honest assessment of the situation. If it wasn’t the way, I thought it was, they merely had to say so. They have done quite a bit of work for me before, and I have spent a large amount of money with them. I am happy to post pictures of the rings, and you can choose and decide for yourself. If you think any gold was added to these rings or do they look like they have been put on a ring, sizer and hammered down. I know that that can be done because I had another jeweler stand there and do it in front of me when I needed a ring sized up once before. I just thought they handled the situation completely unprofessionally. I have no idea if that’s what they actually did or not, but they should’ve discussed it with me. if that was not the case ,they should’ve explained to me why the gold was so thin ,instead of the way it originally was. Adding gold was what I had paid them to do too upsize them to fit my current ring size with more gold & silver added to them. just very disappointed in the way they handled the whole thing. If they didn’t want to know, why did they ask? If you can’t take constructive criticism, you shouldn’t ask people what they think. Had I seen their email earlier I would have answered it earlier, but being so sick email is not at the top of my list of things to do , as I have to get someone to help me open and close them and everything I do has to be voice to text because I cannot keyboard. Just a really hateful way of doing business in my opinion, Not to mention, dishonest as hell if they did, indeed do what I think they did, they actually stole from me. Again, I can’t be for sure that’s what happened, but I would love to have had a reasonable conversation about it and allowed them the opportunity to have explained to me why the rings were so thin ,as opposed to the way they were when I took them to them.    Read moreI took my new $10000 engagement ring with a center diamond and a small emerald on either side to this jeweler. He had to size the ring, and by doing this my fiance saw that he used a mallet to achieve this. Doing this task he obviously loosened the emerald of the setting. Therefore, it resulted in the emerald falling out less than a week later. Of course he denies doing this. And resolved himself of any responsibility or wrong doing. He then wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount of money for a new emerald and to repair the damage that he had caused. After 10 days of him having the ring to repair he said that is tricky and he didn't really have the knowledge to do that type of setting. Not only would I not trust him now with my $10,000 engagement ring, but I wouldn't trust him with a $50 ring. Do not use these people.
