Dollar General — Local services in Millington Township

I only ever stop in to grab a couple things, its quick and easy for the most part. My only complaint is that they seem understaffed. The store is always full of carts of stuff to( I assume) put on the shelf. These carts cover most of the things that are in there on shelves, seems like they could work out a better system for stocking shelves. Rather poor sales technique from a corporate perspective, night shift might be out of the question in a small town, might just need to get a person to swap out items during business hours, it would look far better than carts piled with stuff...

If I could give this store NO stars I would. Disorganized, dirty, staff is not interested in customer service. An employee actually took her friend or aquaintance she had been chatting with in front of me at check-out when I had been looking for someone to actually work the register. Then, while talking and talking she couldn't figure out the price on a special and was in no hurry to find out. No sense of urgency with people in line. You would think this store is old, not practically brand new. After my 4th bad experience there, I will not shop...

very disappointed honestly. Me and my boyfriend (who is paralyzed) went to the store just the other night and I understand that the store is being remodeled soon but, it’s horrible when my boyfriend has to go 3 isles over just to find a isle he can actually go down. there were boxes on every isle, roll carts in the way, stuff too close together. i’ve never been so disappointed. It would be nice if the store was organized and even if it wasn’t at least pick up your isles so people with disabilities can get down them...
