Cardinal Pizza — Restaurant in Millington Township

My first time ever ordering pizza from, or stepping foot inside of this place.

My daughter had some friends over for the night, and like any parent, we ordered pizza. One large for the girls, a small BLT for the wife and I. There was a wait of an hour and ten minutes, but it was Saturday night, so it was understandable. The time comes around and I show up for pick up. Turns out that the young man on the phone missed the small pizza when I called. They were slammed, and I wasn't going to let my already done pizza get cold while trying to wait for a small, so I just left. I'm hungry and don't get to eat what I waited an hour and ten minutes for. Great first impression.

This is an easy mistake to avoid, have the person taking an order repeat it back to the customer.

I did have one breadstick, and it was good.

Edit: went a week later to try the BLT pizza. They put sweet mayo on it. I should've left myself...

They want one person in at a time to pickup pizza, which is great but when that one person is standing in there waiting for her food to be done and they let her do it, even though there are other people's orders done and all we had to do was pay... seriously! I have been coming here for years. After this incident I will no longer be back. If you want one person in at a time..make sure their order is ready and not just standing in there waiting for it to be done...wait outside like the rest. Not to mention it took me 3x to place an order. I was put on hold, 2nd time I was put on hold again, then I could hear two girls laughing, and was on hold again for a 3rd time but was able to place my order. Poor customer service! I will...

This place deserves 100 STARS!!!! The inside is impeccably clean. The food is absolutely delicious. Surprised they serve more than just pizza, I saw nachos, hamburgers, coney dogs and a TON more items in the menu! We got them Supreme pizza with extra sauce. Omg. The taste of fresh ingredients is evident. Much appreciated! The music was soft (unlike other places). The server Manager LaRonda was a sweetheart with a big welcoming smile. This will definitely be our #1 place to eat now. Open until 9pm Monday-Saturday, and until 6pm Sunday. New owners plan to give the staple of Millington a facelift she said, and modernize the chairs and more plus add onto the building soon. Can't say enough good stuff about Cardinal...
