I consigned my Mom's formal mother of the bride outfit that she wore to my wedding. Checked back in person a month later to see if it had sold and the shop owner was extremely rude and said they would let me know if it had sold. Checked back on the phone two months later and was told they had no record of my account. Never saw a check, never received the dress back. Terrible store, can't believe they're still...
