I wanted to make tacos. They had the good white corn handmade tortillas. Their aracherra (skirt steak masterfully cut by butcher, then asked if I wanted it put through tenderizing prickler machine. The butcher slices what you want - to order) was top-notch. They had limes. Cilantro. Onion. Lump charcoal. Made for a great taco fun bbq grill time. They even had the charcoal lighter fluid for me! I will return shortly to do this all again. No need to go anywhere else - them other places aren’t as specialized, they’re too crowded, this place is small, easy, quick...this butcher...
