i have taken transit all my life! and know that you have to prepare three hours early to take the bus! the real skill to it is to make sure you connect at the point original connect! because the actual skipping happens because not enough people take the bus! some routes are imperative to make clicks! but for the most part expect to wait twenty minutes if you miss! unless you are going too a mall or major commerce!! the buses dont really seem to work for 9 to 5ers expecting to spend a ten minute combined wait and trip! sometimes there are persons who have situatuations that delay the bus! those are redeemed quicker! considering how few people are on the bus! i remained awed at how well it works for me! and i do have history with a few of the current drivers who...

Fix your bus system. Buses should not keep getting delayed by 15 minutes all day long, people rely on buses to get to work and other places on time. Bus operaters are very rude, frequently late and they WILL drive by you without stopping regularly. Calling the customer care often yeilds little to no result, in fact more often than not there is no follow up or camera checks, and they will use anything they can to try and blame you.
