Have you visited the home of the throwed roll? We love stopping at @Lambert’s Cafe - Sikeston The kids have a ton of fun, the location in Sikeston, MO has an RV park or you can just stay in their parking lot overnight if you don’t want hook ups. It’s a perfect place to stop for the night if you’re OK that the food is delicious not necessarily nutritious. We go for the experience and it is pretty fun. ______________________________________ We’re a family of four who traded possessions for experiences, traveling to explore, adventure, and discover—from hiking and running to visiting national treasures. Along the way, we’ve mastered homemaking in a tiny space, proving that comfort and creativity can thrive anywhere. Join us in living outside the box! If you want a stop for the night to enjoy some yummy "throwed rolls", this is your place. It has large, level pads, full hookups with good electrical service and is a short walk to the well known restaurant. In fact, it's only first come first served and you pay inside the restaurant since the kiosk is not working. Other than that, it doesn't have much to offer. It's in the back and you drive past the truck parking to get to it. That can be loud. Also, they apparently allow boondocking RVers on the restaurant parking area, might be Harvest Host. One RV was backed in near us and their extremely noisy generator was perched on the bumper facing us. I called and asked about them running the loud generator so the manager went out to check on it. He drove his golf cart around but never went to the people and spoke to them, then drove back to the restaurant and their generator continued until at least 10pm. Not a place to sit outside and relax. But go have dinner and tuck in for the night. That's about it. No bathhouse or laundry. No office or anything else. But that's ok. It was neat and services were in good condition. Sites were long enough to stay hooked up for most rigs. It worked for us with our truck and 5th wheel.

Go around the restaurant through the truck parking lot in the rear you will find the RV park. Self serve check in, find your spot go to the kiosk and pay. Make sure you have your license plate number it will ask. Sites are long level gravel with full hookups that work as they should. Easy in and out for any size rig. Park is quiet and they have a large sign that prohibits running engines after 10 pm in the truck parking area . We will stay here again make sure you make time to eat.

Very nice basic RV park with full hookups and long level pull thru sites. No amenities except to be able to walk over to Lambert's restaurant for a good meal if you want to. This was the perfect place to stay while we were here for a family reunion and it is close to the city park where there is a dog park and fishing lake. Only possible drawback is that you can't make reservations. It is on a first come first served basis. But this time of year that was not a problem at all. We will definitely make this place our first choice anytime we come...

My husband and I drive an expedite truck. It’s about 40’ long and plugs in like a camper. Our generator quit when it was 95° and we needed to plug in. This place was perfect!! Easy pull through spots with the necessary hookups! There’s a kiosk for check in, so it’s pretty much self serve. It’s well kept and tidy! The only reason for 4 stars is that I think for $40/night there would be a restroom. Not necessarily a shower house, but at least a restroom. Perhaps they’ll add one in the future. Anyway, I’ve saved it and we’ll likely stay here...
