We love Reliable! We buy all of furniture and appliances from them. We do browse the big box stores to get ideas of what we like, but then we always come back to Reliable and ask about the product. They have ALWAYS price-matched for us or have been cheaper!! They also do 0% financing. One time we did have an issue with a piece of furniture we bought. We didn’t discover the issue until months later. They switched it out NO problem at all. Jen is so friendly and easy to work with and always handles our sales. Mike always does our deliveries and does a great job too! I will continue to browse the big box stores, but I will always come back to Reliable for the purchase! Read moreMy refrigerator died 9pm one night in March 2018. The next morning I called local appliance stores to see if I could get a new fridge the same day. Reliable was the only store willing to deliver that day so I purchased a refrigerator and they delivered it by noon! I was very pleased. But months later I moved it away from it's spot in my kitchen and was shocked to see a huge dent and buckle on the one side! I called the store and the woman I spoke with was not very sympathetic. I was given a damaged product. There is no way I put that dent on it. I never moved it from the time they installed it. Read moreI Purchased a Sofa Love seat and recliner from this place, and within 3 months the recliner lost its stuffing, they came out and took it to get new cushion in it. 3 months later a spring came through the bottom of the Sofa, they picked it up, and "fixed" the spring, but it was like sitting on the floor! They came back picked it up and put so much "cushioning" in it that it feels like you're sitting on a hard round Rock! Now they refuse to fix it! I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau about this! They gave me a # to the manufacturer and told me I have to deal with them! This is RIDICULOUS, Customers dont deserve to be mistreated this way. I spent a lot of Money on their JUNK........
