I am so disappointed I paid off a couch and my couch piece it broke with couple weeks and I been calling store and texting them and no reply back and no one told me that you have to continue paying for the insurance even though I paid for the couch in full payment. I am not happy with this at all. They don’t tell you all the details they leave out a lot of things. They only return calls back it’s time to put in another order to finance but once the item paid off they don’t want anything do with you. We got a beautiful love seat and recliner set. Had it for about a week and a half, we decided that it just wasn’t the right fit for our particular room! We called for them to come get it, that we were sorry for the trouble! When they got to our home they opened our screen door and started pounding on it like they were the police or something! So rude and disrespectful at pickup but were so nice when they dropped it off. Idc who you are, you don’t disrespect...

All of the delivery staff has been amazing. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Justin at the store has been amazing as well. I have had some issues come up with appliances and he is always very on top of getting the problem resolved and being as accommodating as possible!!! I appreciate your team...
