We bought a refrigerator a few months ago (currently July of '22) and they were very helpful. The biggest thing for us was a worry about delivery/install and then what to do with the old fridge. Could not have been easier. They showed up, had the new one in place and the old one taken away in probably 15 minutes. It was a really good experience. Just recently we had an issue where there was a lot of frost in the freezer that looked out of place. Called them up and he told me exactly what was going on and why it happened (we didn't push the door shut 100%). Very nice folks. Also, sometimes there is a dog or two there that are friendly and a lot of fun to play with...
