Ernst Apparel — Local services in Minster

Terrible, terrible customer service. We ordered a school shirt for our daughter (last name TOOLEY) and it came with the name spelled wrong on the back (see photo). We were given the name of the owner MIKE HEITKAMP and over the course of 40 days I emailed him a total of 5 times to discuss the issue.

He admitted via email that the error occurred. Instead of sending the replacement shirt with the proper spelling of the last name, he said the following:

"The fundrasing Store did not offer purple this time around so we checked with them and they said for the replacement we could do it in black since purple was not offered . So you do have the correct shirt. I appoligize if the name was not added to the shirt we will refund this portion to your Credit Card on file."

So instead of making good on the order, they sent our daughter a different shirt with no name on the back ... and decided this was sufficient.

It's not about getting a refund. it's about getting what we ordered.

The absolute lack of customer service and willingness to actually provide their customers with what was ordered is quite unprofessional.
