My kycera phone quit on me around the 1st of March. We t to monster store and they couldn't get it to work. That told me that kycera went out of Business so I settled for a Motorola phone upon their advice. I absolutely don't like the Motorola phone. I have had it for 3 months thinking I would get used to it. Wrong!! Was looking at verizon website only to see that they were offering the updated version of the kycera phone that I had. Went back to store and they said they would have to order it which I had them to do so. Now they tell me that I have to pay off the Motorola because it has been more than 30 days. If they would have not led me to believe that I couldn't get the kycera, I wouldn't even have gotten the Motorola. I am now waiting on my kycera to come in and I guess I will have to pay off Motorola to heep from paying for 2 phones when I am only using one. We called Minster, Sidney, Lima and Columbus stores to get prices on the iPhone11. Minster's price was only $10 more than Columbus or online; $40 less than Sidney and Lima.
When talking with the worker, "Nathan?", on the phone I told him what we wanted and he said they were in stock. I went in, he told me about what was being done and gave suggestions to meet my wife and I's needs. Switching over two phones took some time and he asked if he could assist other customers while he was working on mine - I said sure and he treated 3 customers with what appeared to be simple fixes. Each left grateful, each thanked me for 'letting them jump in'.
My wife and I have new, awesome phones and wish we would have made the change sooner. Nathan did great. He provide insight and expertise and had a good demeanor when working with all customers that I saw.

   Read moreVery disappointing experience. Make sure if you are offered something "free" or at a significantly reduced price you clearly understand the offer and most importantly it is in writing. Their word cannot be trusted. I was told the phone I purchased was going to be practically free due to a "loyalty" promotion. Not true as I am paying full price. Repeated trips back to the store has not resolved the situation. Verizon basically says this promotion did not exist. Be careful if you buy from this store.
Update, new bill, no change in the charges. As far as calling the store or corporate, I "bought" this phone in September of 2023. Been to the store just about every month when I received a new bill. Another phone call or trip to the store will make no difference. The store...
