I currently live in Dayton and am visiting with my Celina family for the holiday. Struggling with illeo-sacral pain and sciatica. Went to my mom's chiro just up the road. The young doctor had his own agenda. Wouldn't listen to me and wait for me to relax. My neck muscles were guarding and he was not successful with a neck adjustment. No drop table so no adjustment for my hip either. The one office staff member asked me why I was crying. I told her I hurt worse than when I came in and a drop table was needed to correct the placement of my sacrum. She said, "We don't use that here. If you want a drop table go see the doctor up the street. He has one." She continued to defend the practice by saying "This practice uses the same methods for the past 60+ years. This practice brought chiropractic care to this area." Can you say "patient shaming" ladies and gentleman? I've never been treated so horribly. I called this office. Their compassion and understanding was palpable over the phone. Not only did they work me in, but I WALKED out of there upright and without a limp. Dr. Tyler is an absolute prince.
