Best buy has the sorriest online service for ordering and customer service. You pay dearly for their mistakes. Then they keep your money and tell you you have to wait 5 to 10 days for refund. They can't even redo the order you already paid for. Also, they deliver items without confirmation that you can receive it. I spent $812 to have my TV and parts delivered on Oct 1 a Saturday. They start delivering stuff the next day without option to cancel and just dropped items at the door. Then they want me to be responsible for return and missing items. First of all I spent 45 minutes on the line scheduling my appointment and got confirmation it was all good for the 1st. Why should I pay for their mistake. Why would you deliver tv mounting items without tv or vice versa especially when they are installing it. You can't install if you don't have all the pieces. They have caused me so much grief, messed up my entire day and now without tv and money and they don't care all they are trained to say is "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do until everything goes thru the system". Stupid when items are misdelivered; holding money I really didn't have. Saved for and then have to pay again to redo order. PLEASE DONT PLACE ORDER WITH THEM ONLINE UNLESS YOU LIKE...

With that being said there were jumpers. As I assumed that I arrived exactly at my appointment time not early or late I was good to go to fully take the truck through the gate. That was not the case. As I approached the gate there was a driver practically running to the guard shack trying to bet me to it and over heard his appointment was far later then mine and anywho I was turned away he was let in and I was told to park either on the street or by the slanted area and wait to be called. I did appreciate the bolts getting cut for me and the unloading was roughly two hours long I didnāt appreciate that check in and waiting part.
