South Houston Local Processing Center — Local services in Missouri City

Agreed .... Land of the Lost & Hope you ever get it Center. My box package has been at this facility since October 24th. Today is November 2nd. Still no tracking or movement updates. They were in the news earlier this year for consistent horrible backlog last Holiday season and in general and supposedly due to new transitioning and equipment upgrades. Today still a painful place for your postal items to route through. Where & when are the improvements actually coming? I could have driven 6 states or more in the 9 days my package has just sat here. It is not even the busy season yet. (Christmas around the corner) It would seem Houston as a whole has outgrown it's management capacity in many ways.

Update: November 9th. Still no package movement or updates. Looks still identical to my original tracking photo posted. Requested and received USPS Refund Claim I filed online. This was a Ground Advantage shipment with up to $100 Insurance. They can not deliver, they can pay. It either never left South Houston Processing center or was lost, damaged on the departure dock. All this package had to do was travel from one city in the SAME state...Coppell, TX to Katy, TX. Literally a 2 to 3 day affair tops. Good luck...

I know it take time to get things up and running but it should be at least organized..Tracking showed item at this location but ended up in Oklahoma and back to this location then on to my post office location that is about a mile away..When I checked tracking again it was back at this location again..a week went by before it finally made it to me..something's wrong..The lady who works there handling this was very rude!! My letter is taking a long way from the planet mars to the moon and then it gets to this location to take a long vacation before heading back to me Imagine the letter was picked up the 6 of the month and i still can’t receive it today is 18th of the month I hope DOGE will take a step forward on this US postal service worst nightmare
