Where do I begin. First off this item arrived from fed ex ripped and damaged the mattress never gained its full support on the sides(maybe from the damage)

This company is email support based they will take days to respond and ask for the same information over and over, it is always a different persons name. After finally getting irritated with the repeat questions I finally said enough I need this item refunded send me a label so I can print and mail it back. Well that’s where it gets sketchy they do not accept refunds and will only refund once you send a receipt saying the mattress has been recycled or donated. The only problem is thrift shops do not take mattress in my area and the only donation place that was willing to take it wanted $150 from me. Moral is read the fine print before buying from nap queen I ended up throwing it away with a large item bulk pick up from waste management do not buy from them or easy your...

I gave only 4 stars because it didn't quite fit to Full size bed. I don't know if it's the bed that's off because of the type of bed (floor bed) OR it's the measurements for Nap Queen Full but I did see other reviews say the same before I bought it so I chop it up to the mattress measurements being off a tad bit. For the purpose of the type of bed I bought my daughter where it's a frame and sits on the floor..I didn't care. The feel of the mattress is as described where it's the perfect amount of softness with bounce due to the springs. This is a hybrid mattress. Unboxing was easy but as mentioned I don't think it inflated to the height or width it should. For the price....who cares? Lol I guess if u have a daybed or bed frame and u don't want gaps...maybe just go up one size in height? Idk but all in all..I like the mattress especially for the price. I would purchase from this company again..their prices are no...

Excellent customer service from Yaleska. I ordered a mattress through a third party retailer, and was unable to receive it due to issues with the shipping company. Nap Queen had zero responsibility to assist me with this situation. However when I called I was delighted to easily speak with a real person at the Nap Queen location. They could see my order in their system (even though it had been placed through a third party retailer) and sent a replacement mattress immediately. This was far above my expectations and I’m so glad I chose this brand of mattress! The quality of the memory foam mattresses I purchased is also excellent. I HIGHLY recommend Nap Queen for their quality products at affordable prices, and customer service that is easy to contact...
