I recently visited Liquor City and was disappointed with my experience. There are several areas where the store could improve:

Customer Service: I've noticed a significant difference in how customers are treated based on their perceived financial status. Higher-paying customers receive more attention and recommendations, while others are often overlooked. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and a sense of bias. The Better Business Bureau has to receive this report along with other videos and photos I've taken just in case I needed the ammunition of evidence they probably assume I don't have.

Communication Barriers: There have been instances where customers, particularly African American patrons, have faced difficulties communicating with the staff. This has led to frustration and misunderstandings, sometimes escalating to threats of no returns. It's crucial for the store to address these language barriers to ensure all customers feel understood and respected.

Safety Concerns: The store's layout is cluttered with overstock, making it difficult to navigate the aisles safely. This poses a risk to customers and needs to be addressed promptly.

Training and Management: It's evident that the staff could benefit from additional training, particularly in customer service and cultural sensitivity. Implementing a training program by the TABC and having a human resource authority oversee these improvements could make a significant difference.
