This place is awesome. By no means is it new, or remodeled in any manner. When I walked in, I felt transported back into the late 1970s. It was refreshing to relive those days. I couldn't believe the price of alcohol though, whoa! It was just so cool to shop here.

I will not be going back to this food land location. I usually never have a problem here until today. All their milk and eggs are in the back so you have to ask an employee to get them. I look around for the nearest employee. I found a lady and walked over to her. I was waiting to let her finish what she was doing because that’s respectful. While I was waiting she said “What do you need” rudely. I said “Oh we just need 1 red top milk and the cheapest eggs,” She said “How many” with an attitude. I said “Just one of each,” she said “Well what kind of milk do you want” and she listed all the kinds of milk again with an attitude. I said “ I don’t know I just know it’s the milk with the red top” She said “Thats whole milk” I said “If it has the red top that’s the one” I started to get a little frustrated and my tone got louder to match hers. She began to walk away and I said “We don’t need the attitude”. I decided at that moment I didn’t need the milk or eggs and just walked out. I’m not going to support a place that has disrespectful employees. I will make the drive to Council Bluffs or Blair...

Nice smaller LOCAL store. Over 85% of money spent at local business stays in the area. If you drive into town to get stuff from Walmart or one of the other larger corporate type stores that money leaves the local community. It's cheaper initially but in the long run it costs us the benefit of having small town stores and all that...

Being the only grocery store in town they can pretty much name Thier prices and believe me, they know it! Almost 9 dollars for miracle whip. The meat dept is fare, would like to see a bit more selection. The staff is very friendly and that almost makes up for the...
