I visited the Bamboo village during early evening, Saturday, September 13, 2014. I noticed it was slow for Saturday suppertime, and I'm confident I know the reason: the service was awful. After being told I couldn't add a sauce to my meal (I was willing to pay extra) by the young lady at the counter, I ordered kung pao shrimp with a crab rangoon. The other dishes seemed bla as well. BUT sometime within the last couple months they have completely turned their food around. They put large shrimp in the rice and the other food tastes awesome we started eating here more and more. Please keep up on keeping the quality coming I don't want to have to drive to Omaha for good...
