The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because the people are friendly. That being said, what I dont like is how they sell you a product, and the gentleman literally told me they would stand behind their products, sold me a liquid screen protector after I asked about one of their stick on screen protectors. He told me how much better it is and how everyone there used them. Blah blah blah. Next time I will just buy the screen protector I originally wanted to buy because I dropped my phone and the screen shattered. Boom..one drop. Wasn't more than 3 or 4 feet from the ground. How depressing and frustrating. I used to love US Cellular. I'm on my sisters plan but I'm really considering dropping my line and just going somewhere else. This is twice that they have sold me a product, something went wrong and they wont stand behind it. Yes I have insurance but why should I have to pay $100+ when I was told by their service rep that they stand behind their product....

So me and my parents have both been coming for quite a few years, but the last few years for me and my parents even do the time of losing my father, she ma sure that I was able to keep my phone in my mom's phone working by switching our plans. Doing a very trying and devastating time for our family. They need how many things she's always there to help and answer. She takes her time and doesn't rush through explaining things to my elderly.
