My cousin, Ludwick "Hopper" Wiesner, pretended to look after my mother, (who is a recently 66 year old widow,) asked my mom while under duress where my recently deceased father kept his stash of his cash, roughly around $30,000 ostensibly to pay for the funeral services. He pretended to pay out of his own pocket, but he used my dad's money. That's fine. But, he has kept my parents' money, he tried to keep mom's ID and dads wallet. He offered to buy mom a new phone, out of his own pocket, all the while he was using my dad's money and slowly attaching his name to everything; phone service, emergency contact for her new apt, pharmacy, bank account, etc. Meanwhile he changed the locks on her house and, long story short: I called us cellular to find out when her bill was due each month, only to find out that the phone and service fees she paid for out of hers and my dad's pocket is in his his name, thereby making it impossible for us to receive any information on the phone she paid for. I went to us cellular on the outer road and the 2 ladies working stayed and helped us get her a new phone and phone number in HER name. I wish I could remember their names. They went above and beyond to help my distressed mother. I highly recommend...

Tracy & Will were EXTREMELY helpful. these people deserve 10 stars!!!! they explained everything in simple language & that REALLY helps when u are as techno challenged as I am. when we went to set up the wifi,we were having trouble getting it to connect. contacted tech support & was connected with a VERY nice lady name of Nieisha. She stayed on the phone with me for about 4 hours till we got the problem resolved. im sure her patience was tested by having to put up with a non teche such as my self.she also deserves 10 stars & I hope the upper management gives these people a WELL deserved pat on the back. its customer service like this that will keep us U.S.cellular customer for a looooooooong time.lol. we will be telling all our friends & anybody that will listen about this experience. there are several people around us here in the boondocks & will be encouraging them to look into U.S. cellular.    Read moreI phoned this location to discuss an issue with my father's cell phone. The representative Casey was patient, detail oriented, and very helpful. When visiting the store previously, I found the reps also to be very helpful. So I would give them 5 stars for customer service.
I'm deducting two stars, because they didn't adequately disclose the monthly "device" fees that would be charged for trading in my parents' old 3G flip phones for a newer model. And they weren't especially helpful in navigating an issue with a phone that is still under the manufacturer's warranty. They wanted to sell us a new phone (which I'm sure would have triggered MORE device fees on the account). So overall - think they're good at being helpful and solving a problem, but not forthright about the cost...
