My husband and I were looking for a reasonably priced pool table, so we decided to go to Games for Homes “just to look”. I noted on their website that they closed at 5:30pm, so I called to confirm their hours. I spoke with Elizabeth who said that she would stay late if we were on our way. I was meeting my husband there but got there first. Elizabeth was very professional and knowledgeable with all of their pool tbales and the differing features which accounted for the range in prices. I was very reluctant to write this post because i generally do not complain. However I am not impressed with their commitment to warranty work or repair. I purchased an arcade game and within a month had issues with the joystick that came loose. I called games for homes and on my 6th attempt my call was returned. I am now almost 3 months owning this machine and have not had the machine repaired. If you cant provide service or uphold warranty work you should not sell the product. I recently had to have my antique table disassembled, moved to another room, moved back and reassembled with new cloth due to new carpet installation. I received follow up calls on when the specialty cloth I ordered would arrive and be installed. The work was done exactly when they said it would be and the two men who did the work were congenial, very conscientious not only about the work but also taking care not to damage any walls or furniture in moving the table from one room to another.
