Service has been spoty for the last several weeks. I had phone service suspended at midnight on the due date for payment with no text or email or any notice. I called to complain and they asked for my pinso they could turn on notifications. Funny i recievednotice when i paid the bill 6.5 hours late. Its difficult to reach the stores. My stores phone often has messagebox full unable take a message please call back later. Custmer service is NEVER clear English speakers and is difficult hear and understand whats being said because of it. His kind of service really makes you want to pay for more...
