Michigan Ave Cafe — Restaurant in Mobile

This place is jam-packed during lunch with a line outside of the door. I didn't order off of the hot bar. I have a phobia of things sitting out even if it's inclosed. I ordered a seafood plate. It didn't take as long as I thought that it would consider the number of people. I kinda skipped the line after waiting a bit. Suggestion There are 2 women working the front. One fixing plates off the hot bar and the other ringing up the customer. Some people are undecided or getting more than o e plate fixed. They should have 2 lines, and if the person on the register was taking orders and payments to people having orders placed, then it would cut down on as much waiting.
