Nice but it is not available to the public who ride buses or handicapped persons who ride public transportation...they are supposed to but Mayor Stimpson said "NO"...drop the handicapped and disabled walk from the filling station on the corner and they can wheel their wheelchairs...walk their walkers...stroll their strollers...roll their rollators...and cane themselves from the filling station ...in 2 lane traffic over a quarter of a mile (in rain, sleet, or snow) to the South Alabama Regional Planning Commission's annual 'Area Agency on Aging's" Annual EXPO for Senior Citizens. Go to hell Mayor Stimpson...I called and came to see you in your office and you refused to see me! And to the idiot from the Area Agency of Aging (who's only job is to plan this event) you can see the Mayor in Hell for planning this event here every year (spending $20,000.00 every time!) to rent a place every year that is unaccessible to the poor who depend on public transportation or the handicapped and physically handicapped! Must be a kick back involved or you two are...

I was at this location for a dog show. They advertise RV hookups with water and power. After checking 10 plus sites, we found 1 with working electrical, but could not find working electric and water. The roads to the RV area were littered with broken glass. Was not safe to walk the dogs. The inside of the building wasn't much better. There were two ladies rooms with 3 stalls. Only 2 toilets in each worked, only 1 sink in each worked. The doors on the broken stalls were taped shut. Old tape and you could tell it has been that way for a while. The toliets and sinks were stained yellow. The RV parking rate was extremely high. In fact the highest I have ever paid. I spoke with the owner and he denied everything. A totally unreasonable person and yes I did hang up on him. I am sure he will counter this review with more tall tales. STAY any where else with your RV! 350.00 for 4 nights was outrageous for this dump!! We were only there for 4 nights, but our only option was to pay for 5. This was out and...

Tried calling for information on the blues concert we were attending May/1/21 could not get an answer, we called for a week straight absolutely no answer until finally one day a lady did pick up at the grounds but she was absolutely clueless of the concert, and gave us another guys number to call and again we ran into a BRICK WALL! We were just trying to find out if we could bring our umbrellas, a picnic basket and what the do’s and don’ts were, but to avail no one knew NOTHING no even the Northend check exchange could tell us anything, as the lady said “were just selling the tickets “ lol UNBELIEVABLE!!
