They put a remote starter on my truck 4 years ago and it worked great until last year. It stopped working and my truck started to throw codes I took it over in the spring and they removed it told me after I got the codes cleared bring it back and they would put it back on because there was nothing wrong with it. When I took my truck back to them with the remote start they told me they would have to charge me over $200 to put it back on because the wiring had all been cut. Or they could put a new one in for $500. They cut the wires when they remove the first one, but I went ahead and opted for the new one. When I went to pick my truck up, the backup camera did not work. I went back inside and asked the young man about the backup camera and he said must be someone got their feet Tangled in the wires,.. the camera was working when I backed it into the parking spot. He told me to bring it back the next day and he would check it out. I took the truck back the next day needless to say I'm not very happy to still no backup camera, unless I bought a new one from him that he would also install.. I should have just had them remove the new remote starter told them to give me my money back and went home or went elsewhere....

Tj and his crew are great and very knowledgeable on getting the job your requesting done. I had purchased Ripp super charger for my 2016 challenger sxt spoke with Joe about it over the phone. Decided to drive and see the location ,there shop is amazing,scheduled appointment with Joe. Tj called had availability before appointment date I dropped it off. Had to wait on PCM from hp tuner. Once arriving they jump on getting the car ready. I picked up the car once ready drove it about 150 miles noticed oil had leaked from drain tube on the supercharger called Tj he had me get the car back then checked everything out ordered more oil had my car back within few days due to ordering the oil needed Even gave me a bottle to have at no charge i have scheduled to bring car back to get there custom tune Ripps canned tune is great but I want more. My first time to to use TMS, and had originally only needed a rear main seal replaced, but after talking to Joe I decided to go a little further. He is very knowledgeable and well experienced, and he and his team got the most out of my car without putting it in any danger of being too much on an engine with stock internals. Joe answered any questions I had and was very patient with me by answering all questions without me feeling like he was rushing me off of the phone.
