I love that this place is literally just down the street from me. I was here 5 times in one day while working on an emergency repair at home, and these guys helped me every time and we're great about it. They helped me to figure out what would work best and came up with a pretty ingenius fix for an obscure problem I ran into. I always thought their prices were much higher than the big box places, but they're not much more expensive and are actually cheaper on some items. I bought a rotary tool here (on about my 3rd trip that day!) and it was $10 cheaper than anywhere else. They also send great coupons in the mail. Outstanding service, setup and options! It is a rare gift to visit a nice old-fashioned hardware store. This location reminds me of a general store due to its variety of products.

Their grilling section is filled with a wonderful and taste variety of charcoal options.

Their mover and blower maintenance section is perfect!

The only downside is that the younger employees are pretty underwhelming and rude. None of them offered hello and seemed to actively avoid me. Just weird that they aren't following the lead of their better colleagues.

I was searching for Tap Bracket because the two Ace Hardware stores in Tinley were sold out. I called the Ace in Mokena and they put one at the checkout for me. As soon as I walked in , it felt like I was part of the neighbors. Everybody was engaging in conversation and the staff were helping people! This is the busiest Ace I have visited.
