We bought 2 beds back in the middle of June, we were told they wouldn't be in until first week of July. July comes and no contact, so I call them. They said it's on back order and won't be in until end of July. When I asked why no one called they said it was given to the sales guy and he was supposed to let us know it was on back order, when I asked to speak with manager was told he wouldn't be in until Monday. Obviously I was upset yet no contact was made to apologise. First week of August I call and they say the beds not scheduled in their warehouse until following week, again ask to speak with the manager and again won't be in until Monday. I called the following week and was told it was scheduled for their warehouse the following Monday. I called on Monday because I wanted to make sure when it came in we were scheduled for delivery and was told it wasn't in but it was scheduled for the next day. I asked them to set up delivery because I had a second bed that they had in since July and at least I could get that, it was scheduled for Thursday. No one called to say the back order bed had not came in. I called on Thursday to verify that the bed had come in and it hadn't. Ask when they expect it to come in and was told they have to call the manufacturer. Which was funny I thought it was already scheduled to be at your warehouse? Ask to speak to the manager and guess what he is not going to be back until Monday! You would think after all the times I called the manager would have called me and apologized or the salesman but nope not one phone call. Needless to say I cancelled the whole order. I can handle delays because that's not their fault, but there is no excuse for terrible customer service. Most stores were pushy, didnāt listen, and tried to sell you on a piece of furniture no matter if you liked it or not. When we went to prime brothers, we were treated with respect and were given our space which is how I prefer to shop (I hate being shown all the couches and being told about each one when I know exactly what Iām looking for). We were acknowledged and told we would be checked up on every so often if we preferred that. We ended up canceling an order we had at a different furniture store because we loved the atmosphere, pricing, and customer service offered at Prime Brothers. Austin in Bay City was amazing. Caring, knowledge, and personable (I am indecisive and not once did he complain). We were told our sectional would be in within 16 weeks (the original sectional we bought from a different furniture store was 10 months!) and it ended up arriving⦠5 weeks after ordering! Delivery was quick and easy. They made sure to be careful with door frames, walls, etc. We had them move 2 heavy couches to the basement to make room for the sectional in our living room. Then on the third attempt was sent the wrong one again due to the one I wanted being out of stock. I feel manipulated and taken advantage of. Primarily purchased under Debbie H. Which is my aunt who underwent back surgery and had to deal with the mess up each time delivery came. When she was received in her bed, she had sheets removed etc which was not an easy task for her to undergo. No respect and her old bed was just thrown in our basement blocking access too our washer and dryer. So overall horrible experience. Not to mention the bedroom walls paint was damaged. Yes the base was upgraded but still it is not the one that I wanted I spent a lot of money in the store for the sake of comfort and am not satisfied with the base that was pushed on me. I may have been okay with it at the time but that is because I was sick of dealing with the issue three wrong bases in a row. And even the manager said he should have called me instead of just assuming g I would be okay...
