Charlie's Bark Park is the most amazing place EVER, to bring my furbaby! When you board your dogs, they stay in style! They don't just stay in a kennel, they have their own, big room! Soothing colors on 3 of the smooth, cement walls, with a gate at each room so they can see out. They even have raised beds for those furbaby's whose bones aren't comfortable on a hard surface. Staff plays with them & there are different play yards they can play with other dogs their size. There are inside play yards & outside play yards. There are so many services Charlie's have too! Like half or full day day care, at least 2 special events per week like a poolPAWty, nature walks along the trails, bubble day, doggie Olympics & so much more! Even goodies from Charlie's 'Cafe! My 7 mo. old Shih Tzu, Tucker, goes to event days twice a week & he doesn't want to come home until we're in the car! Chad, the owner w/his wife, offer several different types of extensive dog training. Chad is one of a hand full of trainers in the "World" who have been trained by THE WORLD RENOWNED "DOG WHISPERER"! PARENTS, you will also like how affordable the services are at Charlie's Bark Park!! The staff is amazing! They're creative w/the dogs & have a great understanding of dog behavior & breeds.*There's so much great to say about CBP I can't tell it all here. Monroe, WI is extremely lucky to have this amazing establishment for ALL furbaby's of all sizes & the parents. My Tucker thinks he's going there Everytime I take his harness off the hook & yours will too! Tucker & I highly recommend you ✅ them out. You won't be disappointed! ♥️
2/17/2022 update
Well I have a bitter sweet update. Little Tucker encountered some serious injuries that he didn't recover from so he went to the rainbow 🌈 bridge. I continued my relationship with all the wonderful people at Charlie's Bark Park, & realized I was destined to give another puppy a mom. Tucker's breeder & I became good friends over time & last September, she invited my husband & I to her home for the day. Long story short, we were welcomed by a dozen little fluff balls! There was one little one who just loved my husband & snuggled with me like she belonged. So sweet. She was 12 weeks old, liver & white in color. We took her home & soon introduced her to Charlie's Bark Park. She only weighed barely 2 lbs. We named her Tasha. She loved all the staff & delighted to play with all the dogs, even the bigger ones! I got in touch with Chad Fahe, the owner of Charlie's Bark Parks & "Canine Clarity", his dog training center. He trained Tucker, & he learned so much, we wanted to have him train Tasha too. In December, Tasha stayed 4 weeks doing the "crate & train" program with Chad. She was so well behaved, she learned to walk properly on a leash & so much more. She learned manners & all her bad habits were corrected, like nipping, barking demands, & more. Tasha is now 9 months old & we're so proud of her. She's since been back at Charlie's BP in Monroe, having a blast with the staff & other dogs. Her behavior is reinforced by staff while playing games, learning more new things from the staff & her fury friends! The dogs are well supervised & cared for. Every dog should have the opportunity to enjoy everything & everyone at Charlie's BP! They are the best. And...
Read moreI love Charlie's and they clearly love the work that they do. We had a rough start; my pup came from a shelter, and not knowing his full history, we were worried that it may not work out. He would be overstimulated, overbearing, and would not listen to verbal redirection. Charlie's did not give up on my pup. They took the time to work with him each time he was there and always kept me in the loop with how it was going. Now, over 6 months later, he is very much at home around other dogs and at Charlie's. Staff are professional, responsive, and always on the ball and communicating with what is going on throughout the day. If it wasnt for their dedicated staff, our poor pup would have a very different experience during the workweek, being very bored at home.
UPDATE My pup started having seizures about 9 months after we adopted him and Charlie's has literally gone above and beyond in caring for him. They administer his medications, they keep us updated if/when he has seizures, they administer his as-needed med when it happens... We are just beyond lucky to have Charlies around to take care of him while we...
Read moreReally disappointed my dog got hurt and they have no idea what happened. They admitted to not watching the dogs in groups (incredibly dangerous), and clearly do not pay enough attention during the groom to have noticed my dog's injuries or that they were hurting him.
I really trusted this place, but I don't pay good money for my dog to...
