ALDI — Local services in Monroe

As a senior citizen and a decorated veteran who served in combat, I blew my cool today while at Aldi in Monroe, WI. A young sissy boy employee came at me wagging his finger, yelling "You can't do that, you can't do that" after I opened the outside door to get in the store. I had a few choice words for him because at my age I wll never allow myself to be treated like a child by someone who doesn't show respect to someone more than twice his age. He got upset at my language, and didn't know how to handle the situation. So he had to go get the manager leaving other shoppers standing outside. It immediately became clear to me why so many young men in the country are infertile. I cannot recommend this store not only for an employee showing disrespect to a senior, and for not knowing how to defuse a situation, but also for not hiring adults to deal with the public. If I were the manager, I'd take this employee and teach him how to treat people in the real world or get rid of him. This was a perfect example of a kid who spends too much...

I went in and purchased a 1/2 gallon of milk today I gave the cashier $2,00 for the purchase of the milk that cost $1.47, she gave me .50 cents back. I said you still owe me 3 cents she got all huffy and stated she didn't any pennies. I said that's not my problem cash is the legal tender of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!! She opened her drawer and slapped a nickel in my hand very rudely stating we don't have pennies. 2 cemts too much now. Now I shop quite frequently at this Aldi's never seen this employee before But I have the right to pay in cash and receive the correct change. NOT EVERYONE HAS A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD!!!!! If they do it's their choice on how to pay..NOT THE STORE TO BE DICTATING WHICH WAY A CUSTOMER WILL PAY TIME. Time to get back to customer service, I'll be rethinking my decision to shop at...

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP VERY KIND STAFF ALWAYS HELPFUL IN SHOWING YOU WHERE THINGS ARE MY FIRST TIME THERE IN A WHILE SINCE THEY REMODELED THE STORE ALOT MORE SELECTIONS JUST WISH THEY WOULD GET IN MORE TEX MEX TAMALES IN THE CORN TUSK THEY ARE AWESOME 12 TO A BAG THE CLOSEST THING TO CHICAGO STYLE TAMALES BUT EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT THE ONLY OTHER THING WHEN THEY GET REALLY CROWDED THEY CAN USE A FEW EXTRA PEOPLE TO WORK THERE ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY HAVE PEOPLE WITH 2 CARTS FULL THEY WORK AS FAST AS THEY CAN BUT IT'S ALOT OF WORK ON JUST 2 PEOPLE THEY CAN USE SOME EXTRA HELP BUT I GIVE IT UP TO THE WORKERS THEY WORK VERY HARD AND THE STORE IS VERY ORGANIZED AND CLEAN I WILL BE SHOPPING THERE MORE OFTEN NOW THANK YOU TO THE STAFF FOR YOUR SERVICE AND...
