I've purchased several items over this past year with this company and my experience with this customer has officially made me a perpetual patron! I ordered a tumbler as a gift (personalized) and received it rather quickly. When I looked at it I was so disappointed, the print looked half done and worn. Immediately I reached out by email and explained my disappointment with pictures for proof. I received a quick response from Kaleigh Panek with an apology along with good old fashioned "CUSTOMER SERVICE " offering to make my experience with this company better. Not only were the email communications with Kaleigh consistent and efficient, the service for the replacement was faster than the initial purchase! When I tell you it felt like circa 1990's, when customer service was truly important to a business, when an employee actually wasn't easily offended when a product/service from the company they worked for wasnt up to par; it made me remember that my hard earned money was still valued in business and especially during the holidays. This company has earned my business permanently; they will always be my initial "go to" for any one-of-a-kind gift ideas!!!

Interesting experience. I know with anything customized, mistakes can be made. Unfortunately for my order, the watches were messed up on 3 different occasions. They originally had the wrong wedding date, TWICE, and then they sent the wrong initials on one watch while the date was corrected.

Anyways, I have Kaleigh Panek to personally thank for saving my experience with this company. She was the customer service rep who I worked with every step of the way. She was prompt, apologetic, understanding, and great about sending me step by step updates. She deserves 10 stars and is the sole reason why this is not a 1 star review. Ultimately, I got all of the watches and they look amazing (as do the flasks, sunglasses, and the humidor box they all came in).

If you order early enough, this is a worthwhile company. But if you have issues, I would personally ask for Kaleigh. I do not know her in any way other than corresponding for this order. I truly just wanted to give her a glowing review because she made the experience so...

I never leave reviews but after the experience this company has provided I felt a dishonor if I didn't share my experience. I work for a local car auction in my state and we were hosting one of our biggest sales of the year since COVID. I reached out to this company because we needed customized gifts to give to the dealers that participated in the sale. After going back and forth for a few weeks making sure the design was right, I finally placed the order for 30 of the Dream Decanter sets. it literally took 6 days from the time of purchase for us to have them delivered!! EVERYONE was impressed with how they turned out as well as the fast turn around time for such a big order. Tyler was great with answering all my questions and assuring me I would have them on time. We will definitely be using them in the future for all of our custom needs!
