We dealt with David primarily while we were there and he was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative about the product and worked very hard to help us meet all of our criteria. He also provided a no pressure atmosphere for us which was important because we wanted to make sure we left with what WE wanted, not what a furniture store wanted to sell us.
Because we have limited space we had a lot of unique requests to find what was perfect for us, not only did he check every box but we came in surprisingly under our budget while also feeling like our picks are very high quality. He was even able to help us find complimenting colors since we got multiple pieces.
I'm also a big fan of purchasing local or made in America products and nearly every piece but one we looked at was made in the USA.
The showroom was neat, clean, and welcoming, multiple times I saw floor staff reorganizing pillows and cushions and displays to make sure every customer had a great experience.
If you're looking for a large selection of high quality made in the USA furniture sold by great staff I couldn't recommend this store enough.

Read moreI went into this store hoping to find the couch that would fit all my needs. Sales associate, Jason, assisted with this,. I ended up dining a couch that I loved and Jason answered all my questions and stated that this piece did everything I needed it to. I did not order that day as I wanted to check out a few more places, however, was very interested in this piece. That evening, I went home, pulled the piece up on their website and was going to review it and order it. The website stated things completely different than what Jason said it featured. The following day, I went back into the store to look at the piece again before ordering and all the information that Jason shared was wrong. The chaise could not be flipped to the other side like Jason said it could, it also was not a sleeper when though there was a tag physically hanging on the couch that stated it was a sleeper. Needless to say I did not order the piece. I went to a competitors store and ordered one. Please know your merchandise BEFORE trying to sell it to a customer. My husband & I for the very 1st time walked into a Ashley store ( Monroeville) this pass Saturday, We weren’t in the front door for 2 minutes and the sales associate walked up quickly getting ignorant, pushy, following us around. My husband turn around and told her to get away. If we need help we will come & fine someone. She walked away talking underneath her breath. ( about she’s doing her job) “ you just lost a sale woman” I understand sales there working off a commission.
