Awful experience from the moment the sale was final. First, my wife and I explained exactly what we wanted and that we wanted the lounge on the sectional to be right facing. We were told that it needed to be left facing to work how we wanted it in our room. A few days after the sale I was wondering why I havenāt receive any info on my purchase or setting up funding with the bank. So I checked the invoice and notice my last name and email were spelled incorrectly, even after spelling out my email for the salesperson. No big deal, mistakes happen. I call the store an hour before close and no one answers. I call the next morning and a girl told me they would fix the clerical error and resend me the info I needed to my email. I wait a few days, nothing. A week after purchase we got our furniture, and it turns out, the salesperson told us incorrectly and ordered us the lounge on the wrong side. I call the store and explain the situation with the furniture snd with my information being wrong I was now told I have to fix the error with the bank and get put on hold while they search for the salesperson. At the same time the delivery guys are on the phone with their supervisor. After approximately 10 minutes on hold with the store, the delivery guy asks that I talk to his supervisor. She told me to keep the furniture that they sent until the correct furniture comes in a few weeks. I decided to rearrange the room and furniture and it turns out, we like it this way just as much. So I email customer service because phone calls are useless. I explain the situation and also explain that we are just going to keep the furniture. But I would still like someone to contact me so I can verify my last name is fixed and how I fix the error with the bank so I can set up funding. I finally got a call back the next day at work. Missed the call but called back within a few minutes. A newer girl said the lady that called me was on another call snd would call me back. But since she was new she recommended me speaking with her. I said ok, just please have her call me back. It is currently almost 8 hours later and she has not called me back or try to contact me. I called at 9:45, itās now 5:15.
Also, the delivery guys were nice enough. But they didnāt complete the job. The sectional is supposed to be linked. It is not linked. I paid $200 for delivery so they could set it up and they didnāt finish the job. I guess Iāll lift this couch myself and link it together.
To the nice ānew girlā in customer service. Run! Run from this company. This process has been absolutely pathetic from start to finish. Not even customer service cares about your problems and thatās supposed to be what the job is! I guess Iāll call the bank and do Levins job for them. Iāll finish the delivery guys job as well and fix the clerical errors the salesperson made. NOBODY HAS CALLED OR EMAILED ME BACK! Calling once, leaving a message and moving on with your day is not customer service.
I never leave bad reviews, I work in saleās.. I get it! So it takes a lot for me to do this.. but I will never purchase a thing here again and recommend you take your business elsewhere. With this blatant lack of customer service they absolutely deserve to go out...

The store associate, Kat, was wonderful and this is not directed at her.
However, the Customer Care line and other store employees I spoke to over the last 24 hours blew me away with their lack of empty and lack of customer service.
When my couch was delivered, it had one of the worst smells I have ever encountered from a new piece of furniture - far and away worse than one would reasonably expect. I could not go in my living room or sit on the couch without getting an immediate headache.
When I called the general customer service line that afternoon, I was met with the tone of, "Of course it smells! Why wouldn't you know that!?" and was offered advice like "Cut up an apple and put it in a bowl and it will get rid of the smell" and assumptions like everyone is able to leave a window open all day to air out whatever smell that is.
CUT UP AN APPLE?!? That's an embarrassing piece of advice to give out to customers.
The rep over the phone told me I had three days to decide what to do - concerning for two reasons: the official return policy on the site says 7 days and what if the smell doesn't disappear in three days? Would I then be stuck with a couch that reeks?
I was so blown away at the dismissive nature of the rep than I decided to call back the next day. When I did, I was met by the same dismissiveness and given the same outlandish advice. I was also told to call the store to talk about getting a pickup.
When I called the store, the store associate was confused saying I needed to call the corporate number. Luckily, the Supervisor on duty was able to quickly and professionally schedule the pickup for me.
Now I'm out the original delivery fee and the restock fee for a couch that had the most vile smell that everyone has dismissed.
If I would have been told about even the possibility of any bad odor, I would have never bought it.
I will never buy from or recommend Levin to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDO NOT BUY YOUR FURNITURE FROM LEVINES THEY ROB YOU! I bought a couch May of 2022 took them over 6 months to deliver it. Once it was delivered. The delivery driver when removing the plastic wrap from my couch cut big gashes into the bottom by the legs never said a word left. Once leaving noticed the cuts. They did nothing. Next I bought a protection plan for my over $3,000 couch for rips tears stains all of it. Every time I call in to use the protection plan they tell me what Iām describing isnāt under the protection plan so got scammed out of an additional 300$ for the protection plan to not cover anything. Now Iām doing spring cleaning on my couch of 2 years to flip the cushions and clean crumbs. When cleaning under the ($800 additional chair I had to purchase for my couch that wasnāt explained to me at time of purchase) cushion the spring has popped through a seam that has split open naturally through wear and tear not an actual rip (a seam which I tried to call Levine about to get fixed and they indicated that wasnāt something they did) and that spring ripped big gashes into my couch cushion. So again I call Levine I get a woman by Katie May who tells me this should be covered she tells everyone how great the protection plan is and not to worry it should be covered. Well guess what ladies and gentlemen itās not. They wonāt replace the $800 chair they wonāt fix the spring they wonāt replace the cushion on an over $3000 couch. Iāve spent over $5000 at the store with bedroom furniture and living room furniture to be told to bad so sad. Whatās terrible is no one seemed to care there was not even a work around. Theyāll take your money and give you shitty furniture. Please go to Bobs discount at least you know what youāre paying for and youāre not...
