My experience was major relief when Jonathan performed neuromuscular therapy to me. He addressed the major muscle problems that I told him. He is very professional, friendly and well educated. He shows purpose and intent behind every stretch. If you plan on or this is your first time getting a neuromuscular therapy session, be advised that this is not your typical massage approach. I've had this MULTIPLE TIMES and trust me when I say it's a "million dollar" feeling!

This alternative therapy is designed to address chronic pains and muscular tightness using "nerve signal" manipulation. Here's the jist and breakdown of it..... You may feel initial discomfort with certain stretches, however it is perfectly normal. This is your trigger point responding to muscle tightness and the purpose is to reset those particular muscle fibers that won't stop firing electric signals to your brain that screams "I'M IN PAIN!"

After a few repetitive stretches and "poking", you will notice that you don't feel the same amount of tightness that you did initially. If in the beginning your range of motion at a particular joint is limited, now you will FEEL the improvement with less discomfort.

The reason you may want to try this therapy is because this technique communicates with your deep muscles that a regular swedish massage may not be "necessarily" be able to. Don't get me wrong--I love me some swedish massage here and there, but when there's a serious issue I've been having for a while, me and my muscles need to have a heart to heart conversation and say, "we need a neuromuscular therapy right now."...

After one session, Jonathan has noticeably shifted my structural, postural form that scoliosis has been contorting over the years. Plus, my range of motion in my neck is finally pain-free, & dramatically restored to its fullest range I can remember—after 2 months of chronic pain & agitation from a whiplash-type injury that has been very distracting, and making life as a mom feel like a war I’m declaring with my own body! The constant spasms and radiating aches have overpowered every moment of everyday, and so I reached out for some deep work, in hopes of a little relief. I was very intrigued & encouraged by the fresh approach that Jonathan specializes in. I was recommended to see Jonathan by a previous client of his. I have a herniated disc that when it flares up it can cause pain down my right leg. This hasn’t been a big issue for the past 3 years and have been able to manage here and there with acupuncture until now. I’ve also had a surgery (2021) complication that affected my right side and I can tell that it compromised my mobility tremendously. I’ve been seeing an acupuncturist for a few months now and it has relieved pain but I can tell that it hasn’t gotten to the root of the problem until today when I was seen by Jonathan. He has such a calming spirit to him. He greeted me outside the building to make sure I didn’t get lost. I arrived early so I was able to explain my issue and he went right into accessing my problem area. I can tell that he is very mindful and intuitive to the injured areas. Once he got me on the table he went right into working and as he hit each triggered area I felt relief. Jonathan is very knowledgeable about the body anatomy and how it works. Once he was done I felt aligned again which I haven’t felt in a while, I also was able to drive home with little pain. I’ve been driving around with pain that feels like a constant electricity going through my pain. I’m beyond thankful for Jonathan’s work and I can’t wait to see him about to get me...
