One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in quite some time. Starts with the first employee ignoring the path of a customer while sweeping with the duster. No excuse me or better yet, yield to the customer to communicate respect and appreciation for their decision to walk into my store and support us. Poor understanding of the importance of basic consideration for customers. That leads to the next poor interaction. Zero acknowledgement at the deli. Even though he is clearly facing the direction of the customer counter. Walks up nonchalantly and still not even a gaze or greeting. Waits until customer begins the transaction conversation. Poor performance and training. Then to wait in line to checkout and was greeted by a young lady that couldn't even say a word to the customer or even look in their direction. But has time to log into their phone to check a text. No communication whatsoever until I said, "Thank you. Have a nice day." WOW Lucky...if I was managing that team, I would be ashamed and embarrassed to have my community served to this standard. I do not live here and rarely stop into your stores. We immediately scanned the QR code to sign up, but when we reached the store selection step, we couldn't proceed. We sought help at the cashier, but the cashier was very rude and said that we only had one checkout lane open today, that setting up the app would take a long time, and that it could only be used via the app. I quickly prepared to download the app, but they impatiently insisted that there were many people waiting and that we couldnât use it today. This made me very angry. I didn't want to hold up the line, but the staff showed no willingness to help us. Finally we downloaded the app and used the coupon in less than a minute. If they hadn't refused to assist us from the beginning, it wouldn't have delayed others so much! This is really poor customer service. Lucky Company surely wants more people to register for their app to expand their user base, but the execution at the cashier completely contradicts this goal.    Read moreI'm FRUGAL... so, great place to stretch my grocery money. I really like to shop using digital discount coupons. Last week blueberries were under $4.00 for 16 oz. The man in front of me at the checkout had 3 of them! They also had just store sales 10 for 10 mIx and match for different items. It took me a few tries to get the app loaded, signed up to my store, and learn how to "clip" and save coupons, but it was worth the effort. Note: clip before getting INTO the store, as Internet connection may not be great while your IN the store. The store is well stocked and clean, with friendly staff.
