The Capri is a true treasure in Montgomery. It shows films of depth and meaning, and the other events that it hosts bring a level of public engagement that is exceptional. We would be much poorer without it. The Staff is gracious and helpful, and a recent upgrade of facilities make it a very comfortable place to attend a film or other event. It is a small theater that showcases documentaries. It was enjoyable and a little artsy fartsy. The only complaint I have is the theater was a little warm. We saw BirthRight: a War Story. It was an amazing movie, well put together, and very informative. I recommend that you go watch it, it is available on Hulu, Amazon, and in the I tunes store. I have been a patron of this theater since I was 18 years old. I LOVE this theater and the people, always kind and open minded. I have wonderful memories of seeing amazing films and having many first dates here. It is such a still somewhat secret place in Montgomery.
