I purchased a necklace for my sister from the Montgomery store from Abbey. I talked with her on three occasions. She never told me if she didn’t like it i would have to receive a store credit and it could not be returned. I NEVER picked it up from the store!!! She wanted something different and I called to cancel order. They charged me a $40. Restocking Fee for something I never looked at in person nor took out of the store.. Pay attention to details! The owners comment was it was my responsibility to ask return policy. Again, never saw it or picked it up. Also they were quick to charge my credit card but it took six days to get credit less $40. Never heard of good customer service. I have purchased several items through the years from Ex Vito.
